Services / Website maintenance & updates
Website maintenance. A plan beyond launch.
Your website needs attention after it goes live. The foundation package has a $40 monthly maintenance fee. Before we begin, we put the coverage in writing so you know how to request help and what is a separate project.
Remote collaboration. In-person meetings on Whidbey Island by arrangement.
A good fit when
Make the work
work better.
- You want a clear contact for website questions.
- Your content or services change over time.
- You want to add features without losing sight of the original build.
What we can build
A practical scope.
- An agreed list of maintenance responsibilities
- A clear way to request updates or report a problem
- Separate estimates for new pages, features, or integrations
- A discussion of hosting, domain renewals, and third-party usage costs
The final deliverables are agreed in your proposal.

Before we begin
The details
matter too.
We confirm what updates are covered, who manages each account, any response-time commitments, and how cancellation or handover works. The $40 fee is not a promise of unlimited changes, 24-hour support, or included third-party charges. Existing websites need a review before I can quote support.
Scope, ownership, costs & supportBefore you decide.
Are new features included in the monthly fee?
New functionality, redesigns, and integrations are scoped separately unless your agreement includes them. You can ask for an estimate before deciding.
Can you maintain an existing website?
Possibly. I first review its platform, code, access, and the work needed. The foundation package rate does not automatically apply to an existing site.
Will my website keep up with new technology?
We can review new tools as your needs change. Updates should solve a real problem, not add complexity just because a tool is new.
Keep exploring.
Let's find the useful next step.
A short project outline is enough to start a conversation. You don't need a finished specification.
